“Keep this in the frig for a cool roll on. Rolls on real nice, not greasy, very pleasant scent and dries quick. Used for my shoulders, back, knee and when I had some stress on my Achilles area from excessive hiking. Really helped! It’s a good travel size too. I dont need much per application for effectiveness so it really lasts a long time. Super happy with this product. Even had 88 y.o. mama roll on her hip and knee for nighttime relief and she was so happy with the quick results she ordered some the next day.
